This summit emphasizes on 7 trends that hoteliers need to know in 2024. This event started on July 2nd, 2024, at the Siripanna Hotel in Chiang Mai.”
On the afternoon of July 2nd, 2567, during the “Hotel Innovation & Sustainable Summit 2024” at the Siripanna Hotel in Chiang Mai, Ms. Chuleeporn Benyanathakul, Managing Director and Founder of Carmen Software Co., Ltd., Mr. Kitti Pornsiwakit, representing the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Thailand, and a representative from the Tourism Council of Chiang Mai warmly welcomed all participants and attendees.
The event featured insightful presentations and knowledge sharing on hotel development using technology for efficient management. It highlighted 7 trends that hoteliers must be aware of and implement for sustainable growth in 2024. The event brought together technology service providers, relevant companies, and government agencies to share expertise.

the President of the Artificial Intelligence Association of Thailand, provided welcome remarks and discussed the advancements of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in the hotel industry. Subsequently, Ms. Sansinee Raspiengeas from Hoteltime Solution introduced Transforming Hospitality with Smart Data for enhancing guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Additionally, representatives from PT (Thailand) shared insights on hotel marketing strategies through digital platforms focusing on reservation management and social media marketing. Moreover, Mr. Sukrit Koyakradesh from PDPA Thailand provided guidance on DPA & Cyber Privacy for Hotel

During the afternoon session, Ms. Chuleeporn Benyanathakul, Managing Director of Carmen Software Ltd., presented on one of the key topics, “KPIs to Drive Hotel Efficiency and Profitability,” emphasizing the importance of robust hotel accounting systems for data management and sustainability practices for the accounting hotel department. She highlighted KPIs which are the significance of energy reduction, water conservation, and waste management strategies towards sustainable hotel management practices to enhance profitability effectively.

Following this, Mr. Tantanat Siriakrapasr from Meta Esthetic Interconnection Co., Ltd. discussed holistic hotel development principles with a focus on Wellness Hotels. Next, Mr. Jirakorn Suwong, representing from the Tourism Council of Chiang Mai, introduced how hotels become sustainable following tourism goals in action, Last speaker, Mr. Kitti Pornsiwakit provided insights on sustainable tourism trends and the 7 essential management practices hotel managers must know. All of these people align with Sustainable Tourism Goals and ESG principles set forth by the government.
